My name is Steve Whitaker. I have been married to my wife, Brandi, for over 4 years. Hard to believe how fast time can go by. 
I live and work in the thriving metropolis of Hillsboro, OR, and after a 5 year ride with a company formerly known as Corillian, I am now working for a Gold Direct Partner for Cisco called Mountain States Networking. We have three miniature dachshunds named Amber, Harley, and Sierra. Amber is an 11 year old smooth red, Harley is a 5 year old smooth dapple, and Sierra is a 3 year old wirehaired wheaton. The pups definitely keep us very busy.
Recently I have been getting involved in personal finance and cooking, so more of my posts may become related on those subjects, along with work, play, and general ranting.
